I think this M.U.S.C.L.E character is half dolphin half man, but he doesn’t have a dorsal fin, which he clearly should …so who knows what he is actually.

My brother and I were Tonka toy testers in the late 80’s, before they were purchased by Hasbro. It was great. We still have some of the toys, like this lizard/robot monstrosity that had a hologram on his chest.
